Zeroundici asked us to create a system to collect and analyse a wide range of factors that influence the business environment, such as company policies, corporate culture, and employee well-being.
Once relevant problems are identified, the company can take action to solve them by adopting training tools and leadership changes and increasing employee involvement in the company's mission. By understanding employees' needs and expectations, Zeroundici is able to develop organisational strategies for long-term success.
Solution
Mokka Studios has developed a cross-platform mobile and web application for Zeroundici to assess employees' psycho attitudinal performance and how it affects business performance.
From the mobile app, employees can anonymously complete surveys, provide feedback, and view announcements. From the web app, management can analyse survey results, read employee feedback, and share announcements with workers. Management has access to analytical and graphical tools to evaluate statistics, which can be used as a guide to set new corporate social responsibility goals.
Team
The conceptualization and implementation of the graphics were done by a talented designer, who made sure to achieve an attractive and user-friendly design.
The development team consisted of two experienced developers: the first was responsible for frontend development and the second for the backend. Together they created the tools and infrastructure, developed the application functionality, performed QA testing, and set up all releases.
The entire process was supervised and directed by a project manager, who was responsible for delivering a high-quality application on time.
