Challenge
The main challenge in implementing G.WORK was to provide a smooth, intuitive and secure user experience.
The platform must provide an easy-to-use interface for people of all ages and without any IT skills as well as be able to protect sensitive information, such as tax codes, residential addresses, and payment information.
In addition, the platform must be able to manage an internal chat to allow direct interaction between customers and professionals, as well as a rating system and reviews for professionals.
Finally, it must be able to handle economic transactions reliably and quickly.
Solution
G.WORK is a hybrid mobile app that makes essential services for family, home, and daily needs easily accessible. No more need for word of mouth or searching the Internet, you can find the professional you need in a few steps.
Through an easy and intuitive user interface clients can post jobs, while professionals can apply for jobs that fit their skills. Clients select the professional they prefer and provide them with extra information for the job.
An internal chat, a rating and review system, and an integrated payment system make the service fast, secure and efficient.
Team composition
The conceptualization and implementation of the graphics were done by a talented designer, who made sure to achieve an attractive and user-friendly design.
The development team consisted of two experienced developers: the first was responsible for frontend development and the second for the backend. Together they created the tools and infrastructure, developed the application functionality, performed QA testing, and set up all releases.
The entire process was supervised and directed by a project manager, who was responsible for delivering a high-quality application on time.
